Name what's actually there

Not what you think you should feel but what you actually feel. We look honestly at where you are right now.

WEEK 2:

What's yours, what isn't

Some of what you've been carrying isn't yours. We start to sort what you actually want vs. what you've been conditioned into.

WEEK 3:

Express what's there

Through simple creative expression — not art, just presence — you begin to access what words alone can't reach.

WEEK 4":

Let clarity emerge

Not forced. Not manufactured. Clarity that comes naturally when you've finally given yourself the space.

Live from that truth

Small, real ways to carry this forward. Not a plan — an orientation. You know yourself a little better now.

Why I Created SoulBook:

Hi, I’m Jamie.

In 2017, my business was growing. I had three healthy kids and a happy marriage. Everything looked great from the outside.

But something was missing, and I couldn't name it.

I went to a business mastermind and came home not energized, but questioning everything: What am I doing with my life?

Everything I'd been working toward no longer felt relevant.

Slowly, I started to make small changes. Sitting in silence instead of filling every moment. Doodling on a sticky note in the car while waiting to pick up the kids instead of scrolling on social.

Small pauses.

And slowly, I started to find my way back to my own intuition. To what I actually wanted, not what I thought I was supposed to want.

SoulBook is the space I wish had existed for me in that moment. And it's the space I created for you.
